1. What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we gather when you access or use our Services. “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” under applicable data privacy laws, rules, or regulations. This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we do not own or control, or people we do not manage.

Google API Data
Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent we collect Personal Data about you through use of a Google API, our use and transfer of such Personal Data to any other third party will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.
We explicitly affirm that Google Workspace APIs and any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Any data accessed through Google Workspace APIs is used solely for the purpose of providing specific functionality within our Services to the user who authorized such access.

7. Personal Data of Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from children under 16 years of age. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use the Services or send us any Personal Data. If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Data, contact us at privacy@withtime.ai.
8. Other State Law Privacy Rights
California Resident Rights
Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to request that we refrain from disclosing Personal Data to third parties for those parties’ direct marketing purposes. To submit such a request, contact us at privacy@withtime.ai.
Nevada Resident Rights
If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale of certain Personal Data to third parties. To exercise this right, email us at privacy@withtime.ai with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request,” and include your name and the email address associated with your account.
9. European Union, United Kingdom, and Swiss Data Subject Rights
If you are a resident of the European Union (“EU”), United Kingdom (“UK”), Lichtenstein, Norway, or Iceland, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or equivalent laws. For this section, “Personal Data” and “processing” are used as defined in the GDPR. Time is the controller of your Personal Data processed in connection with the Services.
If there is any conflict between this section and any other provision of this Privacy Policy, the provision that is more protective of Personal Data shall control to the extent of the conflict. Transfers of Personal Data
Our Services are hosted in the United States. By using the Services, you authorize Time to transfer, store, and process your information in the U.S. (and potentially other countries). In some cases, your Personal Data may be transferred under a data processing agreement incorporating standard data protection clauses.
